This is obviously slightly metaphorical but I hope you can get some of what I’m saying. I knelt because I was tired of standing and sitting. Everyone lies on their back for something like six or seven, sometimes longer hours out of the day, and if you don’t have that in your life, get to a place or position where you can. Frank Sinatra claimed not to have knelt; I doubt that he always did what he felt in the moment. Maybe he was telling the truth. How many people are him?
